To get into the wedding celebration mood, we've prepared a selection of our favorite cocktails for you to make at home while listening to our wedding playlist.
PORNSTAR MARTINI
FERNANDA'S
INGREDIENTS
65 ml vanilla vodka
50 ml passion fruit juice
25 ml passion fruit liqueur
PREPARATION
Extract the passion fruit pulp and strain it through a sieve. Repeat the process with as many passion fruits as necessary to extract 50 ml of juice.
In a cocktail shaker, place 5 or 6 ice cubes and add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur and fresh ingredients.
Shake vigorously for 40 seconds.
Pour into a coupé glass through a strainer and serve immediately.
WHISKEY SOUR
FERNANDO'S
INGREDIENTS
60 ml of whiskey
1/2 egg white
30 ml lemon juice
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 lemon
Ice
PREPARATION
Spread lemon and sugar on the rim of the glass in which the drink will be served.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the sugar, lemon juice, egg white and whiskey. Shake until the glass is cold.
Transfer the drink (without ice) to a glass and serve.
